- Identify the quality and functional attributes of construction, furnishings and equipment required.
- Estimate all costs pertaining to relocation, demolition, construction, furnishings, equipment and professional fees for each option.
Furnishing Analysis
- Assess each position type to establish the amount and type of workspace and storage space required.
- Inventory existing furnishings to assess condition, adequacy and remaining life.
- Make recommendations of which existing furnishings to retain or repair.
- Present an objective, systematic process to assess the viability of new furniture products and their manufacturers.
