Since our inception in 1998, we have offered services of exceptional quality to corporate clients, architects, interior designers and manufacturers. Our primary focus has been the installation of both systems and freestanding furniture for the contract furniture industry.
Furniture Management Services provides receiving, inspection, storage, delivery, installation services, space-planning and project management for corporate relocations. We offer refurbishing services to handle and coordinate all aspects of furniture refurbishing projects as well as ongoing service and maintenance contracts. Also included is the repair, touch-up, or refinishing of wood casegoods. Inventory Services
Furniture Management Services utilizes an advanced software program, AIM, to record and classify your existing furniture. We can customize our inventory specifications to meet your needs. This may include a written assessment and photographs. All data is computerized, therefore, updating is a simple task.

AIM is a systematic method to continually describe, locate, track and store excess inventory, both furniture and non-furniture assets, and manage that inventory to the client’s needs. Warehousing & Delivery
Furniture Management Services provides receiving, inspection and delivery of commercial furnishings. Our 100,000 square foot warehouse in Pontiac is fully staffed and is capable of providing short and long-term storage as well as cartage services.
Furniture Installation
Furniture Management Services provides the labor, expertise and equipment to handle a single office or an entire corporate headquarters. We employ, fulltime, 50 Union workers and 35 Non-Union workers. FMS is very familiar with navigating tricky installations and managing all the elements of specific city code requirements.
We continue to be responsible for all the furniture installations for General Motors in the Renaissance Center which includes successfully installing well over 100 floors of contract furnishings.
